Commission Terms and Conditions

Please read this!

1. The artist [sophisticatedmarten] has the right to decline a commission if it does not fit her style, beliefs, or values. At the time that this decision is made, the deposit will be returned to the customer [you].

2. The artist will keep the layered file for a commission for 90 days before removing it from the computer. During this time, the customer is allowed to request small changes, request a transparent file/colored background file, or have colors tweaked if need be. After the 90 days, the artist will no longer have access to the layered file and it will be deleted from the computer. The artist will not send a layered file to the customer unless it is communicated about before hand and is agreed upon.

3. The customer is required to send the entire amount after the sketch is sent by the artist.

4. What the artist will not draw:

*Nudity (this includes genitalia but does not include a character being nude in a sfw context)

*Anything NSFW with Feral Characters (zoophillic)

*Pedophillic Content

*Racist Content

*Anti-LGBTQ+

5. The artist will give the customer a timeline of when the commission should be finished and will keep in contact with the customer if there are any delays.

6. Any art drawn by the artist is absolutely forbidden to be used by the customer for crypto, NFTs, AI and any other similar service.

7. Any commission cannot be used commercially unless it is spoken about ahead of time.

Payment Methods

Paypal is the current method of accepting payment for a commission. The customer will be sent an invoice through paypal. The artist will not start the commission, excluding the sketch, until it is fully paid for.
